In our zeal to behave like a cardiologist, Gastroenterologist, endocrinologist &c. we often forget that homeopathy is itself a speciality and our patients need our help as a homoeopath not of others mentioned there are ample of them, well qualified and doing great works.

It's okay if you can't differentiate a diastolic murmur from systolic one but you know where to put your stethoscope on chest in order to differentiate a normal heart sound from an abnormal one so that you can ask for an investigation or else refer for an expert's opinion.
